Our guide will provide a city tour to historical places such as Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath. To begin with Patan Durbar Square it is in the heart of Lalitpur, Nepal, a historic site that reflects the rich cultural and architectural heritage of the region. The Durbar Square enclosed by uniquely designed temples and courtyards is a highlight with a blend of Hindu and Buddhist artistry. The next destination Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples and holds great cultural and religious significance. The temple compound is not only a significant religious site but also serves as a spot for Hindu cremation rituals. Finally, the last stop Boudhanath is one of the most sacred and significant Buddhist sites in Kathmandu, Nepal. The stupa, with its iconic mandala design and all-seeing eyes of the Buddha, stands as a symbol of enlightenment and peace.

Early in the morning, we will take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and begin our trek to Ghat. The Kathmandu to Lukla flight operates early in the morning so we need to reach the airport accordingly. The flight duration is half an hour offering the mesmerizing mountain views, valleys and rivers. As we land in lukla airport (2,880m) our team will provide hot drinks. We will start our first day trek from Luka passing beautiful villages, Chheplung. and Thado Koshi. The trek leads you through green pine forest, vibrant villages, view of Dudh Koshi river, suspension bridges and encounters the mix of locals, tourists, porters as well as animals (mule and Jopke). Thado Koshi In the afternoon you can explore around Ghat village and take a rest.

Today we will begin our trek quite late. It takes around 4-5 hours to reach Monjo. The trek leads you following Dudh Koshi river and crossing several suspension bridges. Along the way we will pass through green pine forest, sherpa villages like Phakding, Tok Tok and Benkar. In the afternoon we will visit Monjo monastery and take a rest.

After breakfast, we will continue our trek from Monjo to Namche Bazaar (3440m). It takes around 4-5 hours to reach Namche Bazaar and check into Camp de base Hotel or a similar (attached bathroom). Today, you will enter Sagarmatha National Park (the world’s highest National Park because of Mt. Everest). Along the way, we will get to enjoy the beautiful mountain view of Kongde peak, Thamserku and Kusumkhangru and the first view of Mt. Everest if the weather is good. We will also be crossing the famous Hillary/Everest bridge and start to ascend around 500 meters to Namche.

Early in the morning we will hike towards Namche viewpoint to enjoy the beauty of majestic Mt. Everest (8848.86m). You can witness the mesmerizing view of Mt. Everest 8,848.86m, Mt. Lhotse 8,516m, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Khonde, Tabotse and sunrrounding mountains. After that we will have breakfast and continue our journey to Thame. The trail is gradual upwards with pine and rhododendron forest. You can see the Thame valley with its beautiful mountain view and local farmers working in the field.

Today is the Acclimatization Day in Thame. We are going to visit Thame Monastery. You can chat with monk and enjoy the monk chanting in the monastery.

The trek to Khumjung follows the same path back to Namche Bazaar. Khumjung is a renowned Sherpa village famous for its monastery and high school, which is built with support from Sir Edmund Hillary, the first person to summit Mount Everest along with Tenzing Norgay Sherpa in 1953. In Khumjung you will see several potato fileds. In the afternoon, we will visit Khumjung Monastery, where you can see the Yeti Skull.

From Khumjung, we will move forward to another beautiful destination Tengboche. We will descend to Phungi Thangga (3,250m) and then climb up to 3,875m. We continue our trek enjoying the beautiful rhododendron forest especially in March and April. Finally, we will reach Tengboche after 5-6 hours of hiking and visit Tengboche monastery. Tengboche monastery is one of the most popular monasteries among Buddhists around the world. Enjoy the monk chanting and you can also meditate while remaining quiet in the monastery. During sunset, don't miss the breathtaking view of the mountains, especially Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Lhotse, and Mt. Everest.

Early in the morning you can witness the beautiful sunrise view on Mt. Everest from Tyangboche. We will start our trek after breakfast and reach Namche Bazar after 5-6 hours of trek.

Today our trek starts from Namche Bazar to Phakding following Dudh Koshi river. The trail passes through small villages like Jorselle, Monjo, Bengkar, Tok tok and arrives in Phakding after 5-6 hours of journey.

From Phakding we will walk downhill towards Lukla. You will be crossing several suspension bridges. Finally, you will arrive at Lukla after 7-8 hours and enjoy the evening with your Nepali team.

From Lukla we will fly back to Kathmandu bidding farewell to majestic mountains and the Everest region. Our representative will transfer you to the hotel.

Today is a free day so you can do some shopping or enjoy the day in Thamel. If you wish to visit somewhere in Kathmandu, please inform your guide. We can arrange a day trip such as Bhaktapur day visit, Swayambhunath (monkey temple), Chandragiri day trip etc.

Check out time from the hotel at 12 noon. Our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your final departure. You must reach the airport 3 hours before departure.
