- Pick up and departure transportation from Kathmandu international Airport to hotel and from Hotel to Airport.
- All land Transportation. Hotel to Domestic airport and airport to hotel after trek.
- Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu. (Bags allowed 10+5=15 kg in flight per person).
- Flight for guide. Both ways.
- All meals on trek (breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) along with accessible accommodation tea houses. In base camp and high camp food prepared by our local stuff, basic food).
- 4 nights' accommodation in Kathmandu. Hotel moonlight or similar (bed and Breakfast).
- 9-nights trek accommodation (twin share double room 5-night room with attach toilet,5-nights common room) on basic tea house, Common room. (Toilet is sharing). Shower is not included; you need to pay extra if you take shower. 2-nights tent camp for Island Peak base camp and high camp.
- Government Licensed English speaking Sherpa guide, climbing guide for peak, assistance guide group above 4 pax, porters (1 porter for 2 pax).
- Staff equipment's and 1st aid kit for local staffs only.
- All needed permits: Expedition Royalty and permit of Nepal mountaineering Association (NMA) to climb Island peaks, TIMS card, Sagarmatha National Park Permit, Khumbu Pasanglhamu Rural Area permit and fees.
- Garbage Management: - Garbage Deposit fees.
- Medical & Emergency rescue Insurance for all involved Nepalese staff during the trip and climbing.
- Island peak climbing certificate issued by Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) after success climbing.
- Trek Duffel bag and Sleeping bag for trek.
- Climbing gears: - Plastic mountaineering boots, crampons, Harness, rope and Ice axe. You should send us your shoes size that we arrange the boots and crampons from Dingboche/Chhukung
