    Cost Includes

    • Pick up and departure transportation from Kathmandu international Airport to hotel and from Hotel to Airport.  

    • All land Transportation. Hotel to Domestic airport and airport to hotel after trek. 

    • Half day Kathmandu Sightseeing (Boudhanath and Pasupatinath) include city guide, private transportation and entrance fees. 

    • Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu. (Bags allowed 10+5=15 kg in flight per person). 

    • Flight for guide. Both ways. 

    • 4 nights' accommodation in Kathmandu. Hotel Moonlight (bed and Breakfast). 

    • 1-nights hotel in Lukla room with attached bathroom and Shower, 10-nights trek accommodation (twin share double room) on basic tea house, Common room. (Toilet is sharing). Shower is not included; you need to pay extra if you take a shower. 2-nights tent camp for Mera la and Mera high camp. 

    • Government Licensed English speaking Sherpa guide, assistance guide group above 4 pax, porters (1 porter for 2 pax). 

    • Staff equipment and 1st aid kit for local staff only. 

    • All needed permits: Expedition Royalty and permit of Nepal mountaineering Association (NMA) to climb Mera peak, TIMS card, Makalu-Barun National Park Permit, Khumbu Pasanglhamu Rural Area permit and fees. 

    • Garbage Management: - Garbage Deposit fees. 

    • Medical & Emergency rescue Insurance for all involved Nepalese staff during the trip and climbing. 

    • All meals on trek. 3 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner including tea and coffee) along with accessible accommodation tea houses. (On Mera la and high camp (food will be prepared by our Stuff).  

    • Mera peak climbing certificate issued by Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) after successful climbing.  

    • Trek Duffel bag and Sleeping bag for trek. 

    • Climbing gears: - Plastic mountaineering boots, crampons, Harness, rope and Ice axe. You should send us your shoes size that we arrange the boots and crampons from Khare (Mera base camp)
